Why Mind-Body Care?
Care work is essential because we are all trying to survive intersecting systems of oppression and injustice that impact us differently based on our social identities. We can’t heal in isolation. Creating the world we want to live in requires community. I’d like to be part of your community as a coach, mentor, and companion.
